Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and iCMO.ai LLC, 30 N. Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, which operates YourPipelinePro.com ("Your Pipeline Pro", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. What the service is

We build, host and maintain websites for contractors and trade businesses. You answer questions about your business, we generate a website, and — on a paid plan — we publish it, capture leads through it, and send those leads to you.

Building a homepage is free. Publishing your site, the remaining pages, and lead delivery require a paid subscription.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and operating a legitimate business. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to the email address you sign in with, since sign-in links are sent there.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Starter — $99/month. Pro — $199/month. Growth — $399/month. Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice; changes never apply to a period you've already paid for.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your site stays live until then.
• 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Ask and we'll refund it.
• "Do it for me" updates are $99 each, charged when you request one, normally completed within two business days.
• Add-ons are billed as shown at checkout — monthly ones with your subscription, one-time ones separately.
• If a payment fails we may suspend your site until it's resolved.

5. Your content, your site

You own your content — your logo, photos, reviews, business information, and the text about your business. You give us permission to host, display and adapt it for the purpose of building and running your website. That permission ends when you leave, except for backups that age out normally.

You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, including photos of completed work and customer reviews. Don't upload anything you don't have permission to use.

Leads belong to you. We deliver them to you and store them so you can see them in your dashboard. We don't market to your customers and we don't sell their information.

6. What you may not do

• Misrepresent your license, insurance, certifications, or years in business.
• Publish false reviews or reviews you did not receive.
• Use the service for anything illegal, deceptive, or for a business you don't operate.
• Send unsolicited messages to people who did not ask to hear from you.
• Resell the service or attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that do these things.

7. Text messages

If you enable chat or messaging on your own website, you are responsible for registering your own messaging brand and for obtaining consent from the people you message. We can help you set it up, but the consent obligations are yours.

8. Domains

Every published site gets a staging address at yourname.yourpipelinepro.com. You may connect a domain you already own, or purchase one through us. A domain you buy is yours. If you leave, you keep it and we'll help you point it elsewhere.

9. Third-party services

The service runs on Cloudflare and uses Stripe for payments, Resend for email, HighLevel for chat and messaging, and Google Analytics for usage measurement. Their handling of data is covered by our Privacy Policy and their own terms.

10. Availability

We work to keep your site online and fast, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. Hosting, DNS and third-party outages happen. We'll fix what's ours to fix, promptly.

11. No guarantee of results

We build websites that are structured to be found and to convert. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, lead volume, or revenue. Anyone who guarantees those things is selling you something.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect damages.

13. Ending the agreement

You can cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. We may terminate the agreement if you breach these terms or don't pay. On termination we'll give you a reasonable opportunity to export your content.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
